Luke graduated from NC State in 2014 as a Park Scholar and a General Hugh Shelton National Leadership Scholar. Luke began his career as a civil engineer working on some of the more notable mixed-use high-rise projects in Downtown Raleigh. With his passion for applying technology driven solutions to civil engineering problems, Luke founded Swift Sites, a land development due diligence software platform, and Swift Partners in 2020.

Specialties: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading and Stormwater Design, Autodesk Infraworks, Autodesk Navisworks, Site BIM, Python Scripting, Dynamo for Civil 3D, Microsoft Power Automate.

Ross has facilitated design and construction oversight to infrastructure projects including municipal water and wastewater system expansions, hospital and university expansions and additions, development master-planned communities, and mixed-use development. Design and construction administration experience includes infrastructure projects such as land development, pumping stations, earthen dams, on-site wastewater systems, water and wastewater treatment plants, elevated water storage tank rehabilitation and new construction. Ross has extensive experience working with municipalities to evaluate budgetary expenditures, obtain jurisdictional approvals and management of the construction contract process.

Specialties: Infrastructure master planning, zoning and entitlement, facilitating construction contracts, real estate due diligence, design for roadways, utilites, stormwater, and sustainable strategies.

Leah-Craig graduated from NC State in 2016 as President of the American Society of Civil Engineers student chapter. Leah-Craig has a passion for working along side landscape designers in urban projects that blend the required infrastructure of civil work with the aesthetic of landscape architectural design. Leah-Craig is an expert in stormwater design and sustainable site design strategies

Liz graduated from Clemson University as a Civil Engineer with a concentration in Stormwater and Environmental work. Liz has a background in flood study analysis and an expertise in HEC RAS models. She has a passion for urban infill design, creative and alternative housing, missing-middle projects, and landscape design.

Specialties: Urban Infill Design, Land Development Due Diligence, Flood Analysis, / HEC RAS modeling, Stormwater Design, Civil Landscape Design.

Rosanna is a master of Civil Engineering Design Technology. With a degree in architectural technology and a passion for real estate, Rosanna manages the production of BIM coordinated civil models and civil design documentation for Swift Partners most challenging work.

Specialties: Civil Plan Production & Quality Control, Civil Site Design, Design Technology, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS and Infrastructure Database Systems.

As a professional office dog, Arlo has been in the same room with some of the brightest engineering minds in Raleigh. He’s witnessed some of the triangle’s most notable projects develop from a simple concept to a place to take a walk. He is the team’s spark plug that keeps office morale at an all time high.
