The project

Cedar Creek (public brand for Gander’s Creedmoor subdivision) is a large single-family community on assembled parcels in Creedmoor. The infrastructure program covers transportation and roadway design; water distribution and sanitary sewer with a lift station and force main; and stormwater through a wet-pond SCM and conveyance network, plus grading and erosion control.
