THE PROJECT

Tribute Rising is Integral’s mixed-income redevelopment of the former Forest Hills Heights public housing site in Durham’s historic Hayti community. Public materials describe roughly 900 homes across phases, with Phase 1 combining affordable, workforce, and market-rate units plus early community retail. Swift’s work is the civil delivery through Durham’s Level 4 process. Frontage work includes Mangum Street lane widening, driveway permits at Mangum and Lakewood, and NCDOT encroachment agreements.

OUR ROLE

Level 4 site planning, construction documents, erosion control and land-disturbance plans for NCDEQ, roadway and driveway design, and NCDOT coordination.
