THE PROJECT

Seaboard Station is the old rail yards on downtown Raleigh’s north edge: three residential buildings, a Hyatt House, and street-level retail. Swift’s credited piece is The Miles — 204 homes over 46,000 square feet of retail, delivered summer 2024 as part of phase 2. The Signal (phase 1) and The Point / Hyatt House have other civil credits in public records. This page covers Swift’s work on The Miles only.
