THE PROJECT

Cavastead is on the east side of Rock Quarry Road, north of Whitfield. The approved plan is 205 building lots and 7 open lots in three phases, with greenway easement, tree conservation, offsite sewer and water, and roadway work including a left-turn improvement at Rock Quarry and Auburn Knightdale.

Civil engineer of record on the preliminary subdivision plan. City of Raleigh SUB-0024-2021 is based on a plan dated November 12, 2021 by Swift Partners PLLC.
