THE PROJECT

King’s Ridge is 100 apartments in one-, two-, and three-bedroom plans on a 4.26-acre tract off Sunnybrook Road, near WakeMed. Units are for households leaving homelessness at or below 60% AMI, with priority at 30% AMI. CASA opened it in January 2025.

OUR ROLE

Civil engineer of record on the approved administrative site review. City of Raleigh ASR-0104-2021 is based on a preliminary plan dated May 16, 2022 by Swift Partners PLLC: 100 units, 37 parking spaces, public infrastructure, stormwater control, and street trees on Carl Sandburg Lane and Michael J Smith Lane.
