122 Glenwood is part of The Row, LODEN’s assemblage on Glenwood at Hillsborough: six buildings, about 52,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office, with patio and courtyard space.

OUR ROLE:

Utility connections for an existing building upfit, and complete civil design for a new indoor/outdoor restaurant and nightlife location on Glenwood Avenue.
